What Is Our "Hassle Free" Warranty?
The Air Star units come with a 2 year "No Hassle" Warranty on installations & repairs. The compressor, which is the heart of the mini split system is covered for 5 years.
So what do we mean by a "No Hassle" Warranty? Let me begin by saying that warranties in general are great and they protect consumers from any defects of the product. However, the warranty is only as good as the company that offers it.

There are so many caveats to warranties out in the market, especially the ones that extend from 5 - 10 years. First & foremost, customers will pay a premium upfront to get that extended warranty, and I mean hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth.
Additionally, you'll have to register your product online within a specific amount of days after purchase and most times, you'll need to have proof of purchase (receipt). Get your accordion folders out!
When you run into any issues with your mini split, some warranties require you to pay a technician to come out and perform a diagnostic test to verify that there is a problem. Guess who's paying for that? You, the customer will actually have to pay out of pocket for that extra expense. Crazy!
